Chicago Chain Sees Major Labor Savings
With AccuBar Inventory Systems

And the labor savings has been substantial, Bosse said. "Now we do inventory in half a day; before it took up to 2 days. And it definitely encourages more compliance. We do weekly inventories, and managers stay with it because it's easy for me to see if it's been done."

"It's very easy to use, and all of our locations set it up themselves," Bosse said. "I think for us, we have multiple locations with the same concepts, so it's easy to compare inventory levels and numbers between locations."

"I also like that it forces you to put costs in, so it's easy to compare whether everyone is getting the costs they should be, and to negotiate with the suppliers to get better costs," Bosse added. "Before, that would have been very difficult."
